AddressMGB Legal is a boutique law firm based in Perth, providing services in relation to a number of areas of law, including property law, commercial law and wills and estates.
We are seeking an experienced administration officer to join our friendly and supportive team!
Your main duties will include:
- working on reception;
- email, file and diary management;
- liasing with clients and third parties, including, answering the telephone, arranging appointments etc.;
- proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Word;
- maintaining stationery and office supplies;
- maintaining the general tidiness of the office;
- general duties – mail, filing & archiving;
- Outside clerk work;
- Assisting the Director and colleagues with administrative tasks
