Your Role
Reporting into the Service Manager, your role will involve:
- Offering customers Technical Support and guidance
- Answering incoming customer enquiries
- Build and maintaining customer relationships
- Help with online and customer email enquiries
- Assist with administrative tasks for service agents when needed
- Collaborate with the engineering/product development department regarding issues specific to products.
- Comply with policies, procedures and instructions in the polices, and procedures manual for workplace health and safety
- Strong mechanical skills
- Sound knowledge on company's products, services and policies
- Sound Literacy, numerical and computer skills
Your Profile
You will have a natural sense of urgency and love assisting customers. You will have excellent communication skills both written and verbal and go above and beyond to support customers with the highest possible level of after sales service! You will be self motivated and proactive with a strong and professional work ethic and have an articulate telephone manner to be able to liaise with customers to understand their needs and assist them with high level Technical Support.
You will have great attention to detail and accurate data entry. You will have proficient computer skills in programs including, but not limited to, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet and e-mail applications.
You will have a high school certificate and solid previous experience in a similar customer service or Technical Support role.
This role is working Monday to Friday 8.30am until 5pm in Mount Waverley.
