The Technical Support team plays a crucial part in Telair's business. We are growing rapidly and to support the team and ensure they have the ability to continue delivering excellent support we are hiring a new role of Technical Support Manager.  

This is a role that combines Technical Support skills, outstanding customer service, and people management skills.  It is essential that you have experience in the telecommunications industry for this role.

• Lead, mentor, and empower our support team.
• Optimize systems and resources to ensure smooth operations.
• Work to grow the knowledge within the team through training and documentation
• Resolve escalated cases and engage with customers.
• Work closely with the NOC team
• Monitor SLAs and work with stakeholders to meet and exceed targets.
• Report on team performance and collaborate with HR for employee growth.

• Technical skills pertaining to troubleshooting data and voice services to handle escalated cases.
• Proven team management experience.
• Strong background in telecom helpdesk and customer service.
• Dedication to achieving SLAs and enhancing employee satisfaction.
