The Technical Support team plays a crucial part in Telair's business. This team is constantly on the frontline with clients and their interactions have a huge impact on how people view our company. We are growing rapidly and to support the team and ensure they have the ability to continue delivering excellent support we are hiring a new role of Technical Support Manager.
This is a role that combines Technical Support skills, outstanding customer service, and people management skills. It is essential that you have experience in the telecommunications industry for this role.
Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and empower our support team.
- Optimize systems and resources to ensure smooth operations.
- Work to grow the knowledge within the team through training and documentation
- Resolve escalated cases and engage with customers.
- Work closely with the NOC team
- Monitor SLAs and work with stakeholders to meet and exceed targets.
- Report on team performance and collaborate with HR for employee growth.
Requirements:
- Technical skills pertaining to troubleshooting data and voice services to handle escalated cases.
- Proven team management experience.
- Strong background in telecom helpdesk and customer service.
- Dedication to achieving SLAs and enhancing employee satisfaction.
