An exciting opportunity exists for the Technical Support Manager to lead and manage a team of technical specialists in supporting capital infrastructure programs and delivering planned and corrective maintenance in accordance with legislative instruments and industry standards.
Sunshine Coast Hospital and Health Service (SCHHS) is in southeast Queensland and extends through the coastal and hinterland areas from Caloundra in the south to Gympie in the north.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Fulfil the accountabilities of this role in accordance with the Queensland Public Service values.
• Actively participate in senior staff Performance Appraisal and Development (PAD) and engage in continuous learning and workplace improvement and innovation.
• Understand your broad accountability for safety and quality in healthcare, actively participate in continuous quality and safety improvement activities within the workplace and ensure notifications are distributed to relevant clinical or non-clinical responsible officer when concerns exist about workplace or patient safety.
• Provide technical and expert advice in relation to building and compliance in line with statutory regulations and obligations.

Remuneration value up to $176 878 p.a., comprising salary between $146 510 - $155 025 p.a., employer contribution to superannuation (up to 12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (AO8).
