About Company:
My client is one of Australia's and the world’s leading imaging suppliers and currently has an excellent opportunity for an early-career, technically astute, motivated person to join their small, highly skilled and cohesive Customer Service & Support Team supporting the Office A4/A3 Printer/Copier/MFP/MFD category.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Respond to phone calls and e-mails through the case management system from clients and channel partners providing 2nd level technical support regarding office print devices and associated solutions.
- Triage support issues, resolve or escalate as required.
- Translate technical information to customers to ensure understanding and quick resolution of issues.
- Provide technical documentation to the Call Centre.
- Undertake relevant training on new products/solutions.
- Assist with onsite installations of new equipment on customers sites.
Requirements:
- Great clients focus on troubleshooting skills and perseverance to resolve technical problems.
- Team skills to work and communicate with other members.
- Industry experience ink technology an advantage.
- Industry experience with solutions such as PaperCut, Printix, document capture & route, etc an advantage.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, documentation, and mentoring skills.
- Experience upgrading computers, installing peripherals and application programs.
- Knowledge of Computer Operating Systems, such as Windows and Apple Mac, etc.
- Knowledge of Network technologies including wireless.
MANDATORY:
- 3 doses of vaccination. (If you have given 2 doses, you need to be willing to get another dose).
- Hold Australian PR or CITIZENSHIP.
About the Office:
Based in Yennora, Sydney. You will also be provided with $10k Motor Vehicle Allowance.
