Our client, a national leader of solar hot water systems for residential and commercial applications, is now seeking an Electrician with SAA Accredited designers qualifications for a Technical Support Officer role to support their dealer network in resolving PV & DC battery systems. The position requirements include but are not limited to:
- Assist in addressing technical inquiries through various communication channels available to Dealers/Installers.
- Collaborate with Field Sales and Sales Administration to enhance customer service
- Partner closely with the Warranty Specialist, recognising the integral connection between Technical Support and Warranty services.
- Engage with the product marketing team to identify and address focal points within their portfolios, to contribute to company improvement.
To be considered for this role you will ideally possess the following:
- A grade Electrician with SAA accreditation
- Experience in installing, fault finding and repairing PV/DC Systems.
- Team player with the ability to build relationships with all levels of personnel
- Can-do attitude and an ability to prioritise multiple tasks
- Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision
- Possesses strong computer proficiency
Hours & Rates:
$90k to $100k salary + super
Work 4 days from home and 1 day in the office with flexible start times
