About this role
Our client is looking for a skilled, dedicated and reliable Technical Support Officer to join their team on a
full-time base. A successful candidate will have a background in Refrigeration/Electrical/Gas or HVAC industry.
About you
Minimum 5 years experience in HVAC or similar industry
Experience developing trade-related training programs is advantageous
An understanding of Seeley products is advantageous
Good verbal & written communication skills
Computer skills - Microsoft work & Excel minimum
High level of planning, prioritizing and organising skills
Ability to successfully multi-task
Good Negotiation and relationship-building skills
Must be able to travel to sites when required
Ability to work autonomously
Requirements
Trade qualifications where applicable
Train the trainer' or similar is advantageous
Working At Heights (preferred)
White card (Preferred)
First Aid (Preferred)
Driver License
