Job description
We are seeking a Technical Support & On-site Services Officer to provide ongoing technical and operational support to our diverse client and distributor base. You will work across a range of technologies including software, hardware, computers, and various hand-held devices and printers. As part of the technical support team, your ability to build and maintain positive client relationships with existing and new clients is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Utilize our Salesforce CRM ticketing system to manage support requests.
Provide telephone and desk-side customer support for hardware and software.
Deliver general End-User training based on ICS training materials.
Process customer data change requests.
Maintain and update internal support documentation.
Physically install machines at customer sites as required.
Requirements:
Demonstrated experience in providing high-quality customer service.
Proven experience in a similar technical support position.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite of products (especially MS Excel).
Strong IT technical skills or aptitude to build on existing skills.
Demonstrated IT troubleshooting skills.
Professional communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong customer service focus and skills.
Ability to work under pressure with a minimum of supervision.
Display a high degree of self-motivation, use of initiative, and a commitment to work within a team environment.
