We are seeking a motivated, technically minded individual to join a global health & wellness company in their South Melbourne office. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, providing assistance and resolving inquiries over the phone and via email. Additionally, you will be responsible for arranging deliveries and installations and acting as a point of contact for contractors.
- Full-time permanent position
- $65-$70k + super & bonus incentive
- South Melbourne location
- Monday - Friday standard business hours with the occasional 10am-2pm WFH shift on a Saturday

Experience:
- Passion for the health and wellness industry
- Previous experience in a troubleshooting role or relevant technical/hands on experience
- Phone based customer service experience is ideal
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
- Previous experience using Excel and Xero is a huge bonus
