The OpportunityTo support travel dreams to come true, this role is responsible for providing Technical Support to TripADeal team members for all aspects of hardware, network and software. This includes; managing the helpdesk, administering ICT assets and end-user computing systems, supporting infrastructure and applications, and providing Salesforce system administration support and user provisioning.
Organisational StructureYou'll report to our Head of Engineering. This permanent full-time position is 100% onsite working from our Byron Bay HeadQuarters, working Monday to Friday, 8-4pm or 9-5pm - you choose!
A Day in the Life- Client Support and Helpdesk Management: Responding to client inquiries, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide effective solutions in a timely manner, building strong and trusted relationships with TripADeal employees
- ICT Asset and EUC Administration: Managing the ICT assets and end-user computing systems, ensuring their availability and reliability
- Infrastructure and Application Support: Providing support and maintenance for the company's infrastructure and applications, ensuring their optimal performance and availability
- Salesforce System Admin Support: Providing support for the Salesforce system, including user provisioning and system administration
- User Provisioning: Managing the process of creating and updating user accounts, ensuring that access is granted to the appropriate resources
- Providing clear communications, updates and instruction to our users to ensure our systems support doing their job efficiently
- Relevant Certificate IV in Information Technology or a related discipline, or equivalent demonstrated experience
- 2+ years of experience in Technical Support and operations management
- Strong knowledge of ICT assets, end-user computing systems, infrastructure, and applications
- Good working knowledge of hardware diagnostics and troubleshooting
- Sound working knowledge of DHCP, DNS and networking environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- The successful candidate will be required to undergo a Qantas background check
