• Demonstrated proficiency with 5+ years of hands-on experience in a comparable position
• Practical experience navigating UNIX environments
• Mastery of UNIX commands, shell scripting, and/or proficiency in constructing Splunk queries
• Competence in monitoring and maintaining health-checks for UNIX-based environments, encompassing Oracle database and IBM MQ Series
• Track record of supporting both production and non-production environments, emphasizing high availability and disaster recovery measures
• Skilled in incident, problem, and change management procedures
• Proficient in effectively managing and updating operational and support documentation
• Willingness to engage in on-call rotations, typically occurring once every four weeks
