- Demonstrated proficiency with 5+ years of hands-on experience in a comparable position
- Practical experience navigating UNIX environments
- Mastery of UNIX commands, shell scripting, and/or proficiency in constructing Splunk queries
- Competence in monitoring and maintaining health-checks for UNIX-based environments, encompassing Oracle database and IBM MQ Series
- Track record of supporting both production and non-production environments, emphasizing high availability and disaster recovery measures
- Skilled in incident, problem, and change management procedures
- Proficient in effectively managing and updating operational and support documentation
- Willingness to engage in on-call rotations, typically occurring once every four weeks
