They are currently looking for a Technical Support Specialist to join their Sydney office. About the role: Troubleshoot technical issues and repair faults in radio configurations. Identify solutions for configuration, hardware, and software problems. Communicate with dealers and sometimes customers directly. Provide timely and accurate customer feedback. Maintain knowledge of new products, field changes, and advisories. Support the roll-out of new software releases. Document technical activities and maintain system expertise. Manage multiple cases simultaneously. Complete special assignments and projects as directed. Establish and maintain effective communications.
