As an Atlassian Technical Team Lead at Epicon, your time will be divided into technical delivery for the Atlassian product and people-lead responsibilities. As a Team Lead you'll be the go-to person for support and leadership, for a handful of direct reports. You'll also get to flex your strong technical and management skills, to research, investigate, define, design, implement, monitor, and improve work processes whilst meeting client needs. The position of Technical Team Lead, would suit a Senior/ Lead Engineer/ Senior/ Lead Consultant, looking to maintain their technical expertise in the Atlassian product set, while further building out their people leadership skills.

What you'll do
Work proactively with your teams, providing tailored 1:1 employee lifecycle support, during their Epicon and Purple journey
Configure, manage, and maintain Atlassian cloud products
day-to-day management, resource planning, work allocation and work achievement to meet agreed service levels
Ensure all contracted technology solutions are being met and resource levels are sufficient to achieve customer and financial targets
Proactively alert the Squad Leader of potential concerns or issues with meeting key client deliverables or identified delivery risks
Contribute to team / squad strategy (operational, business and strategic) in line with Epicon strategies, meeting people, financial, quality, commercial and delivery outcomes
Prioritise, investigate, diagnose, document, resolves and report incidents according to agreed procedures and to reduce their reoccurrence
Identify non-compliance with organisational standards and determine appropriate actions in conjunction with the Squad Leader
About you
AGSVA Security Clearance (Baseline/NV1/NV2) OR eligibility to attain AGSVA Security Clearance NV2
Atlassian Certified Professional and able to contribute to the Atlassian technical design
Experience performing Atlassian enterprise SaaS migrations
Experienced in configuring, managing, and maintaining Atlassian cloud products.
Technical competence with database skills, with expertise in SQL
Understanding of authentication such as SSO / SAML
Able to diagnose (code review if needed), debug, and root causes analysis.
Experience with Atlassian plugins: Zephyr, Advanced roadmaps, Behavepro
