Your Role:
We have an opportunity for a Senior Recruitment Business Partner/Account Manager who is passionate about leading an account to deliver outstanding results for our client. This role involves working in a hybrid capacity, collaborating closely with the client at their offices in Brisbane East area. As a client facing and hands-on Recruiter you thrive on introducing fresh ideas and innovative approaches to your work. This could encompass projects centred around alignment of the talent strategy with EVP, DE&I, continuous improvement initiatives with business leaders while delivering commercial P&L and KPI objectives.
Your Experience:
- 5+ years of experience working in recruitment in Engineering or Industrial as a Talent or Recruitment Business Partner.
- Demonstrated expertise in influencing and leading a small team.
- A strong understanding of data analytics and reporting, coupled with an interest in continuous improvement.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage diverse stakeholders.
- While industry experience is advantageous, we place greater importance on your ability to learn, adapt and excel in recruiting across various sectors.
