Technical Team Lead (Auth0 Project)

Our client is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Team Lead to join their dynamic team. This role presents an exciting opportunity to lead a talented team working on the implementation of the Auth0 solution.

Position Overview:

As the Technical Team Lead for the Auth0 project, you will play a pivotal role in guiding and driving the success of our Technical Team. You will be responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and maintenance of our Auth0-based authentication and authorization systems. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Auth0, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record of successfully leading Technical Teams.

Responsibilities:

• Leadership:

  • Provide strong technical leadership and guidance to a team of developers.
  • Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture.
  • Lead by example, promoting best practices and ensuring high-quality code.

• Auth0 Project Management:

  • Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of Auth0-based authentication and authorization systems.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Manage project timelines, resource allocation, and deliverables.

• Technical Expertise:

  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of Auth0 and related technologies.
  • Provide hands-on technical guidance and support to the development team.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in authentication and authorization.

• Team Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Auth0 within the overall technology ecosystem.
  • Work closely with product managers, architects, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in leading Technical Teams, with a focus on Auth0 or similar authentication and authorization platforms.
• Strong understanding of identity and access management principles.
• Proficient in programming languages such as JavaScript, Node.js, or related technologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
