AddressSix Degrees Executive have partnered exclusively with a national FMCG leader as they source a Technology Analyst to join their growing team. This newly created role will be based at their Head Office based in Melbourne’s eastern suburbs.
Reporting to the Business Technology Partnering Manager, you will be an all-rounder offer a breadth of technology experience covering database management, system integration (inc. APIs) to Power BI and application support.
Our client has seen continued growth of their product offering hence this role will prioritise user requirements, translating business requirements into technical terms, developing system enhancements and researching new tools.
The role will include (but not limited to) the following:
- Analyse functional specifications to develop technical solutions.
- Design efficient business systems to meet business and technology needs.
- Coordinate with external vendors in support of technology solutions.
- Integrate multiple systems and reconcile needs of different teams.
- Develop user-procedures, guidelines and documentation on new processes and functionality.
- Provide subject matter expertise on software and systems setup, data integrity, business process design, security, report writing and data analysis.
- Gather feedback from end users about system performance.
- Plan and lead the technical aspects of business projects.
For your application to be successful, you will have hands-on experience with technical projects, with a proven track record in leveraging tech solutions to meet business needs. In this role, you will be highly analytical, an excellent communicator with strong stakeholder engagement skills, and be a natural problem-solver. You will be an effective collaborator, capable to identify opportunities for innovation and process improvement.
We client is looking for a self-starter and a strong influencer and ideally, you will have sound knowledge and understanding of business practices within FMCG.

- Microsoft SQL and Database Management
- System Integration and Interfaces including API
- O365 including PowerBI or PowerAutomate
- Website technology e.g. .NET, etc
- Shopify
- EDI Integration
- Business Applications i.e. ERP and TPM
- AI Technology
