The Role
- Shape the future: Actively influence your domain's roadmap, partnering with product and architecture teams.
- Innovation champion: Identify and act on opportunities to extend and iterate on existing technology capabilities.
- Delivery leader: Lead the delivery of squads within your domain, driving their ways of working and continuous improvement.
- Project management: Manage initiative RAID, escalate and drive resolution of impediments, monitor squad health, and plan/track domain initiatives.
- Financial accountability: Track budgets, manage reports, and develop a deep understanding of project/program scope to support the team, escalate roadblocks, and drive delivery.
About You
- Experienced in Agile ways of working
- Ability to operate with a diverse set of stakeholders across multiple levels of seniority
- ecomm experience
- Experience managing large-scale technology projects and programs
- Experience working in a matrix organisation
