Hybrid working | 12-month Fixed Contract $145,000 - $155,000 + Super Sydney The Company A recognisable brand in the Financial Services sector with an established presence, the business continues to grow as the market shifts and are looking for experienced risk and compliance professionals to support their continued uplift The Role The Technology Business Analyst will be responsible for supporting the management and development of their operational and Technology Risk framework.The responsibilities will include but are not limited to:· Leading risk analysis & definition requirements, crafting process designs & procedures.· Using agile principles to shape business and functional requirements.· Organising workshops to gather, analyze, and document functional needs effectively.· Collaborating with stakeholders to propose business-driven solutions.· Cultivating relationships and managing vendors for potential solutions.· Crafting dynamic reports & presentations outlining issues & dynamic solutions. Your ProfileThe successful candidate will demonstrate:· Minimum 4+ years working in a Business Analyst capacity, across Financial Services.· Knowledge around APRA regulations and industry standards.· Previous experience with GRC system implementations· Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to foster strong business partnerships with senior stakeholders.· Industry knowledge within banking or insurance would be favourable.
