Your Mission: As a valued member of our crew, you'll be at the forefront of driving innovation . Here's what your role will encompass:

• Installing 5G networks for Optus, Telstra, and Vodafone, contributing to the future of telecommunications.
• Crafting greenfield installations that lay the foundation for carrier 
• Mastering intricate tasks such as PIM testing, sweep testing, distance to fault, and more 
• Embracing rigging, technical prowess, and general work that pushes the boundaries of your skills.
• Navigating heights with confidence,
• Empowering your team with on-the-job training, fostering a culture of growth.
• Championing safety through impeccable adherence to OH&S policies and procedures.

What We Seek:

• A "can do" attitude that thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Preferred experience in the telecommunications rigging industry.
• In-depth knowledge of Nokia, Huawei, and Ericsson 3G, 4G, and 5G equipment.
• Familiarity with Telstra, Optus, and TPG standards
• Comfortable with tools like the Anritsu Site Master and earthing testers.
• Certified working-at-heights .
• A solid foundation in telecommunication rigging techniques and best practices.
• A current Certificate in Basic Rigging
• A "Fit to Climb" medical certificate 
• Strong understanding of safe work practices and clear communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• RF Awareness Certificate
• First Aid & CPR Certificate 
• Tower Rescue Certificate 
• Working at Heights Certificate 
• Construction Induction Certificate 
• EWP above 11m Certificate
• Australian Driving License (HR)
