Undertake analysis and interpretation of Telehealth data to: monitor service contract compliance; inform system improvements; and provide regular reports on the outputs and outcomes, to be distributed to all West Moreton Health Divisions and Services.

About the role
The primary responsibility of this role is to provide efficient, effective, and professional data management for the West Moreton Health Telehealth Service and maintain a high quality of client service delivery. The specific focus is on service provider data accuracy for the West Moreton Health Telehealth Services. This is achieved through the coordination and monitoring of Telehealth Data and developing strategies to improve the operations of the service.
About you
Our ideal candidate will be someone who can demonstrate the following:
- Working knowledge of or ability to rapidly gain knowledge of the associated data software system/s being utilised within the Telehealth service.
- Ability and knowledge in the collection, collation and reporting of telehealth service information to internal and external stakeholders whilst meeting stringent data compliance with State and Government reporting requirements.
- High level communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to relate well to people at all levels, use diplomacy and tact, use sound judgment on sensitive and confidential issues, and build constructive and effective relationships.
- Strong time management skills with a demonstrated ability to use initiative and be self-motivated, meet deadlines and work with minimal supervision.
- Ability to support workplace change, training and education including the development of training and education materials with a focus on the delivery of quality customer support.
