As the Data Support Officer you will be responsible for entering and processing data into the CRM with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency. The role will involve transcribing information from various sources, verifying data errors and maintaining data integrity.
This role will report into the Customer Service Team Leader and will closely collaborate with the Operations and Accounts departments to deliver a high level of service and support as the ultimate goal.
You'll be working in a supportive and engaging environment that embraces change and continuous improvement.
Key areas of focus
- Performing data entry related tasks such as; entering data into CRM, collecting data from various sources, verifying the accuracy of data and maintaining data records.
- Assist in the cessation process for Real Estate agencies as required.
- Provide backup for the Customer Service Team.
- Administration tasks.
- Staying up to do date with our products, services and legislation.
We’re looking for people who
- Have previous customer service experience/ data entry experience within an office environment.
- Have high attention to detail with data accuracy.
- Previous knowledge of Smoke Alarm legislation (desirable).
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment with exceptional time management skills.
- Have strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Have professional written and verbal communication skills.
- Have previous experience in using CRM system (desirable).
- Have previous experience in the Real Estate industry (preferred).
