About the role
As a Data Support Officer, you will manage the critical data and systems transition from SAP to Salesforce. In addition, your key duties are as follows:
- Providing advice, procedural guidance and administrative support to staff and stakeholders.
- Assisting with data remediation and analysis on relevant project activities.
- Assisting and supporting regular project reporting including status updates and exception reports.
- Building rapport and maintain stakeholder relationships to support the delivery of projects.
- Managing, collating, interpreting and analysing data to produce reports and dashboards that inform strategic and operational planning.
- Undertaking project activities including related administrative tasks and functions.
About you
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- Proven experience in a Data Management or Administration role
- Background in using Salesforce platform is highly desirable
- Good understanding and experience using variety of systems/ digital platforms.
- Ability to work in fast paced environment.
- Ability to work independently and in virtual team environment.
- Ability to problem solve complex system issues
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
Benefits
- Immediate start pending clearance
- Full-time hours, Monday to Friday
- $43.82 per hour + super
- Brisbane, QLD location
