Job Summary: As a Telesales Heat Pump Advisor (NRG7), your primary responsibility is to engage with potential customers over the phone to promote and sell heat pumps. You will provide information about the benefits of heat pumps, answer inquiries, and guide customers through the purchasing process. This role requires excellent communication skills, product knowledge, and a proactive approach to sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Generation: Proactively engage with potential customers via outbound calls to promote heat pumps and generate sales leads.
Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of heat pump technology, features, and benefits to effectively communicate with customers and address their inquiries.
Customer Education: Educate customers about the advantages of heat pumps, including energy efficiency, cost savings, environmental benefits, and long-term sustainability.
Needs Assessment: Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand each customer's requirements, preferences, and budget constraints.
Solution Selling: Recommend suitable heat pump solutions based on customer needs and provide customized quotations.
Relationship Building: Build rapport and establish long-term relationships with customers by delivering exceptional service, addressing concerns, and following up on inquiries.
Sales Process Management: Effectively manage the sales process from initial contact to closing the sale, ensuring timely follow-ups and accurate documentation.
Targets Achievement: Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics, including conversion rates, call volumes, and revenue goals.
Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences to identify new sales opportunities and improve sales strategies.
Team Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including sales managers, marketing, and customer service, to optimize sales efforts and enhance the customer experience.
Qualifications and Skills:
Sales Experience: Proven experience in telesales, preferably in the HVAC or renewable energy industry.
Product Knowledge: Strong understanding of heat pump technology, energy efficiency principles, and environmental sustainability.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
Customer Focus: Customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service and exceeding customer expectations.
Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to influence purchasing decisions and overcome objections.
Organizational Skills: Effective time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks, manage leads, and meet deadlines.

Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.

Working Conditions:
- This role primarily operates in an office environment, conducting outbound calls to customers.
- May require occasional travel for sales meetings, training sessions, or industry events.
