What we need:
- Someone who really gets the customer – you know how to make our customers feel loved and heard
- A great communicator – whether it is on the phone, on email or on socials, communicating is your thing! Able to be the “voice” of the different brands, in an articulate and engaging manner across a variety of mediums
- An organised and diligent self-starter – someone who able to manage multiple brands and mediums (phone, email, socials) with competing timeframes and priorities. You are careful, thoughtful and considered regarding the impacts your customer responses will have
- A problem solver – someone who doesn’t get scared by a challenge and can effectively work through any issues as they arise
- A team player – joining a dynamic team of three
- in the Sales Support function, you will thrive in a team environment and whilst having ownership of individual functions, you will all work together for greater mutual benefit
What you will do:
1) Inbound Consumer Comms
- Responsibility for managing all consumer communications and representing the consumers interests inside Soulfresh
- The main point of contact for consumer enquiries and feedback (both positive and negative) over the phone, email and online
- Working with various Soulfresh departments to address and answer consumer queries
- Co-ordinating the distribution of leads or enquiries to the various departments
- Constantly assessing and improving ways in which we interact with our consumers
2) Orders & Customer Service
- Complete standing orders as requested by customers
- Inbound Telesales And phone calls
- Upselling and ranging of our exciting new products!
- Outbound and campaign telesales including promotional drives etc.
- Processing of orders and requests as required
3) Sales Support
- Telesales comments emailed to relevant representatives and management
- Organising of promotional samples ADHOC for suppliers and customers
- Contact incoming leads and follow up where necessary
4) Other
- Support Marketing team with projects to support in driving Soulfresh brands
- Any other reasonable tasks that the business assigns
What you will bring:
- Ideally you will have worked with customers before! This can be in any environment, but you’ll need to understand how to deliver kickass customer service
- A genuine interest in “better for you” food and beverage products and working for an impact-lead organisation
