We are seeking a weekend part time/casual Customer Service specialist in Perth Branch.
Qualifications & experience

- English and Mandarin Chinese bilingual speaking

- Excellent ability to work in a team and independently
- Job type--PT/CASUAL
- 2-4 days shifts. Shifts are available most weekends Saturdays or Sundays
Tasks & responsibilities
- Answer direct phone calls from customers.
- Conduct client documents processing and filing
- Complete customer request and customer account reconciliation
- Assist in day to day branch operations and administration
- Daily transaction data entry and daily bank reconciliation
