As a Telstra Sales Administrator, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth transition of orders from our sales team to our delivery team. What you will do in the role
Summary
The core functions of this role are focused on supporting the Dicker Data Telstra Sales Team across the Complex Data product portfolio, enabling smooth transition of requests from sales to delivery and providing pre-sales support to the sales team and partners alike.
Support the Telstra Services business by ensuring all requests are responded to in a timely manner
Coordinate the handover of orders from the sales team to the delivery team
Generate contracts as required, including pricing approvals and commercial agreements
Work with partners on obtaining order documentation and provide details of next steps
Generate reports from Telstra systems
Raise Telstra service qualifications (feasibilities) and notify relevant parties on their progress
Maintain service qualification database up to date with all submission and results
Keep opportunity and order records up to date and accurate in Dicker Data Systems
Assist in managing sales leads from the Telstra Digital Sales team
Work with the team, in whatever capacity is required to ensure that partners/customers receive exceptional customer service delivery
What you will need to succeed in the role
Experience working with Telstra or at a channel partner preferable
Very high attention to detail
Good communication skills both written and verbal
Good time management and organisational skills
