About the role:
An opportunity has opened up for a Temp Accounts/admin position, within an established and successful energy company. We are looking for a candidate that is flexible, highly motivated and organized to assist with purchasing & accounts for approximately 50 Aviation sites nationally in this prestige and high-profile organization.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Create and maintain purchase orders
- Forward invoices for approval and correct coding
- Goods receipting high volume of invoices for Aviation sites nationally
- Raise purchase requisitions for Projects
- Preparation of month end accruals and journals to allocate expenditure
- Generate FI invoicing to Third Parties as required
- Assist Accounts Payable Offshore Team with queries
- Adhoc tasks for Airport Managers
About You:
- Accounts payable experience
- JDE experience preferable
- Advanced Excel skills
- Interpersonal skills for stakeholder management
- High attention to detail and structured working
- Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
