Temp Property Accountant

Immediate start temp contract available in the CBD working for an ASX-listed Global Agency!

About the Company:

  
Our client is a prestigious global property agency who focus on a full suite of property services, from sales and leasing to asset management, valuations, project management and occupier services based in the CBD 
  
About the Role:
  
Reporting to the Senior Accountant, you will manage financial accounting duties of a commercial portfolio based in NSW. The role requires a strong performer with previous experience in a similar role. You will be presentable and articulate with strong stakeholder communication skills. 

• Operational and transactional accounting
• Managing monthly, quarterly and financial close including assisting PM's with accruals, pre-payments and issuing reports
• Processing lease maintenance, changes in lease details and bilings
• Reconciliations for asset portfolio
• Diverse stakeholder engagement

About You:

• CPA / CA Qualification
• 2+ years relevant financial accounting experience
• MRI experience preferred
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal
• Proven background in a fast-paced environment
