The Finance Administration Officer will be responsible for providing high quality administrative support and service with a focus on exceptional internal and external customer service to support internal staff members and external stakeholders and tenants as required. This role will deliver high quality administration support within the finance team in accordance with Homes North policies and procedures.
The role will assist in other finance areas during peak workload times and may have opportunities for career development and growth over time if this is something you are seeking.
This role will be full-time, 6 month fixed term position based in Armidale.
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Previous experience in an administration role within a finance setting is essential
- Experience in bookkeeping or accounts payable is desirable
- Demonstrated experience in managing and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Qualifications at any level in accounting or bookkeeping are desirable but not essential
- Current Driver’s License desirable not essential
- Current Criminal History Check
- Willingness to obtain Working With Children Check
