The Perfect Opportunity
We’re seeking a motivated and collaborative individual who considers themselves a team player. As the Administration Support Officer, you’ll provide seamless administrative and project support to the Waste Services, ensuring a high level of customer service to both internal and external customers.
Utilising your exceptional administrative skills, you will be responsible the coordination and management of various registers and service requests for the Waste Unit. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Inbox management
- High level reporting
- Processing of applications for the Blue Dot Service and Kerbside Collections
Please Note: For the purpose of recruitment, the title of Administration Support Officer has been used to reflect the equivalent industry title. Internally the official title of this position is Facilities & Infrastructure Business Support Officer (Waste).

- Base Salary Range: $62,525 pa to $68,983 pa based on a 35 hour week + 11% superannuation + $2,312 retention allowance
