Our Temporary Division are recruiting for Office Support positions working for our clients in WA State Government departments.
They are all casual positions offering mainly full time hours (38-40) working Monday - Fridays.
These positions include variations of the following;
- Executive Assistants/Personal Assistants
- Paralegals/Legal Assistants
- Project Officers
- Records Officers
- Switchboard/Reception/Customer Service Officers
- HR Admin/Recruitment Personnel
- Accounts; Payable, Receivable & Payroll
- Medical Secretary/Administrators
- Ward Clerks/Outpatient Clerks
Locations:
- Perth Metro Area; We have clients all over the metro area, mostly around the CBD
- Nedlands/Subiaco area; we have a high volume of roles for our Health clients in these areas
Essential Criteria:
- National Police Clearance (within 6 months old)
- Reliable, adaptable with great communication skills
- Recent office administration experience
- Intermediate - Advanced MS Office skills
- Valid working visa or permanent residency status
Desirables:
- State Government experience
- HE number
- Webpas/TRIM/Rostar/Objective experience
