SalaryProperty Manager position - Commencing immediately for 2 weeks - Monday to Friday role - $45ph + Super + Mileage
Our client is a well-known real estate agency that are currently seeking an experienced Property Manager to assist the team for a two week temporary position on the lower north shore.
The role:
A Monday to Friday role that will see you manage the day to day running's of 150-200 residential properties. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Manage a portfolio of 150-200 properties
- Conduct property inspections and coordinate repairs and maintenance.
- Lease sign-ups and preparation of leases, renewals and rent reviews
- Arrears management
- Ingoing/outgoings and routine inspections
- NSW Certificate of Registration is essential
- A minimum of 2 years experience in a residential property management role
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail
- A clean driver's license and reliable car
- Knowledge of Property Tree highly desirable
- 2-week temporary assignment commencing immediately.
- $45 per hour + super + mileage
- Monday to Friday hours
