We are seeking a passionate Administration Officer to join our dynamic and engaging team.
The position is inclusive of admin and reception duties within a supportive team, this role is approx 30 hrs/wk.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide a high level of customer service as a front-facing staff member of the school.
- Support the effective management of DECD school bus routes by undertaking a range of associated administrative and clerical support activities.
- Contribute to the effective operation of the school by undertaking the day to day coordination of the school assets, buildings, facilities, grounds.
What you will bring:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills both written and verbal to liaise effectively across a diverse range of stakeholders.
- Previous experience in administration.
- Proven ability to show initiative, accuracy, work efficiently, independently and in a team environment.
- Ability to meet work targets and deadlines within tight time constraints and competing priorities.
