Project Administrator

Job description: 

• Input daily production numbers into project tracking software
• Review & approve personnel timesheets daily
• Review & approve plant timesheets daily
• Daily, weekly & monthly reporting
• Report to Site / Project Managers
• Check quality issues in field (if required)
• Track and enter site delivery data based on consignment notes
• Track and enter damage register data
• Ensure data recording processes are followed and maintained
• Review and improve data recording processes (if required) 
• Maintain office stock (stationery, printer supplies etc)
• Maintain and record PPE sign out data
• Understand and adhere to the HSEMP
• Comply with all safety responsibilities as set out under the HSEMP
• Competitive hourly rate with penalties 

Requirements:

• Construction Induction Safety Card (White Card)
• Advanced level in Excel/Google sheets
• Previous experience working with Intranet preferred but not essential
• Solar farm experience preferred, specifically Nextracker but is not a necessity
• Accounting or engineering background preferred but not essential
• Rights to work in Australia

There is an ongoing role opportunity upon completion of the 3 month project. Future opportunities to be discussed.

Available to start immediately in Perth office with transfer to Solar Farm location on WA mine site upon project start date.
