We are seeking an enthusiastic Clerical/IT Officer to join our innovative and engaging team.
The Clerical /IT Officer is responsible for providing and coordinating an effective Front Office service for the school, providing First Aid to students and staff, absence data, management of ICT programs, leadership admin and provides finance support to the Business Manager

Essential criteria:
- Demonstrated ability to respond to sensitive and/or crisis issues/situations appropriately and work effectively and calmly under pressure, problem-solve and exercise sound judgement.
- Demonstrated ability to exercise initiative, prioritise workloads to meet agreed timelines and maintaining discretion and confidentiality, with a high level of communication working with the public, staff and students.
- Demonstrated experience in administrative procedures and a high level of ICT skills, including experience in the use of EMS, FROG, Sentral, SWAY, MS Office 365 and Social Media Apps.
