They are looking for an experienced Tenancy Support Officer to join their well-established team in Surry Hills ASAP!

The Job…..

Reporting through to a manager, you will be responsible for the below:

• Providing a range of tenancy and property management services and advice to stakeholders.
• Facilitating maintenance and monitoring the condition of the property.
• Managing client information to ensure compliance with confidentiality, accuracy and integrity requirements.
• Managing clients to assist in ensuring tenancies are maintained successfully.
• Providing clients with advice on housing options based on assessment of eligibility and needs, keeping in line with relevant legislation, policies and procedures.
• Making referrals to internal specialists and external service providers where additional support may be required to ensure client needs are met.

  
You…..

To qualify for this opportunity, you must have experience in the following areas and possess the personal qualities below:

• Minimum 12-months of experience working in a property management or tenancy services position.
• Experience working within the Real-Estate or Government sectors would be highly advantageous.
• Outstanding Customer Service skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience working across multiple systems simultaneously.
• Able to stay focused in a busy and fast-paced environment.
