We are currently seeking an experienced Tendering | Bid Coordinator to join our Kwinana Head Office team.

ABOUT THE ROLE
- Review tender subscriptions for opportunities relevant to the business
- Review incoming tender documents, then distribute and assign tasks to the team
- Manage the admin tasks for the tender team, i.e. registers, file structure, tender folders
- Coordination, formatting, and production of tenders
- Ensure tenders are submitted to client requirements
- Prepare and complete various formats of proposals, i.e., RFQ, RFT, RFP, EOI and Pre-Quals
- Maintain register of tenders and provide monthly report
- Experience with various client portals, i.e., PIMS, Ariba, Tenderlink, VendorPanel, Apet360
- Follow up on submitted tenders and provide reports
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive bid library
- Develop presentations to a high standard
- Review and update company marketing material, i.e., Capability Statement, Case Studies, CV’s
- Event management for trade shows
ABOUT YOU:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Marketing, or a related field - desirable
- Proven experience in tender co-ordination.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in using software tools for document management and project tracking.
- Attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.
- Strong all-round communication skills to manage client interactions
- Strong IT skills - highly competent in Visio, Microsoft Office Suite and InDesign
- Flexible and adaptable to changes in the business
- Ability to work both autonomously when required and as part of a team
- Able to complete and pass a thorough Pre-Employment Medical and DAS
- Committed to safety, problem solving and working as part of a team
