As a Field-based Territory Manager working in WA, your primary responsibility is to foster strong relationships with decision-makers for the Primary School market, across WA. Your role will involve effectively presenting our educational solutions, addressing the unique needs of each client, and managing both new business development and account management.Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a strategic territory sales plan to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in educational institutions, bookstores, and other relevant organizations.
- Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the benefits of Cengage's educational solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective product implementation and customer satisfaction.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to make informed business decisions.
- Proven experience in a Territory Manager/F2F Sales role
- Preferable a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in educational sales or related field, preferably within the publishing or educational technology sector.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated with a demonstrated ability to work independently
