Looking to further equip their field sales team with high performing, engaged talent!
As Territory Manager for Inner West & Regional Coffs Harbour, you will manage a cluster of independent pharmacy and health food stores.
You will:
- Manage and grow sales within assigned territory meeting or exceeding sales targets;
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners including independent pharma & health food stores;
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategic plans to maximise penetration;
- Conduct regular store visits to ensure product visibility and compliance with field merchandising; and
- Analyse market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
What you will have:
- Proven experience in sales or territory management, preferably within FMCG or consumer products;
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders;
- Self-motivated and results driven with a passion for driving business growth;
- Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise; and
- Valid NSW drivers license and the ability to travel.
