YOUR NEXT COMPANY:
Our client provides a great working culture and opportunity for people to do their best work. They have proven themselves to provide an environment that encourages innovation and a continually improved way of operating. They are seeking an experienced Project Manager to manage commercial building projects less than $15mill in size. They will range from new builds to quality refurbishments.
YOUR NEXT ROLE:
As a Project Manager, you will have some of the following tasks:
- Deliver projects from end to end
- Provide mentoring and skills development for staff in the project team
- Deliver projects in line with standards and building specifications
- Oversee compliance and HSEQ
- Ensure the programmes are met
- Take over financial responsibility of the budget meeting the project scope
- Liaise with various stakeholders
- Reporting on progress and conducting weekly meetings
To be considered successful for this role, you will be an experienced Project Manager having worked for commercial builders within Australia. You will self driven and autonomous, you will have experience using project management software and be capable with computers ideally with experience with Procore and MS Projects.
