On a day-to-day basis, you will partner with our customers in the Ipswich and surrounding area driving our large portfolio of non-alcoholic beverages consumers know and love - think Schweppes, Mountain Dew, Pepsi, Gatorade, Lipton and many more!
About the Role
- Develop long-term, strategic relationships with key customers to deliver outstanding service and support
- Quickly Identify and pursue New Business opportunities across all retail segments
- Deliver to financials and market share goals
- Understand our channel priorities and jump to action in building exciting displays and activations
- Ensure compliance to all in-store standards, including fridges, planograms and display execution
- Ensure execution of the commercial, promotional & strategic plans
- Demonstrated sales, merchandising or FMCG experience is essential
- Account management or business development management is highly regarded
- A natural people person, you will have the ability to build strong working relationships with a variety of stakeholders
- You will be a tech-savvy self-starter with a penchant for exceeding KPIs
- Excellent time management with a keen eye for detail
- An enthusiastic go-getter who works well under pressure and can handle a fast-paced role, along with the ability to be adaptable to ever-changing customer needs
- Excited to be a proactive member of a fun team as well as self-disciplined when working autonomously
- A valid Australian driver's licence
