- Coverage of the territory according to opportunity
- Approaching relevant potential users (individual practices, specialist groups, private and public hospitals) to provide information and pitch the potential of the products.
- Following leads provided by conferences/meetings, parent or partner companies, contacts etc in a timely manner.
- Post-initial contact, talking to secondary relevant staff to further facilitate the sales process.
- Negotiating time frames, objections and implementation requirements for roll out.
- Overcoming objections by potential customers/overcoming roadblocks at the account site (environment, instrumentation, resistance etc).
- Meeting sales targets as given by Managing Director and/or National Sales Manager
