About the role
Reporting to the National Account Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Management of designated territory and select Key Accounts in QLD as discussed & agreed to with the NSM
- Servicing the Brisbane and Sunshine Coast area. Some regional travel required.
- Analysing current marketplace and feeding back important market and competitive information.
- Planning and executing brand strategies at a store and account level
- Generating new leads and developing existing customers
- Responding to customer enquiries
- Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts – focus will be on H/Food, Independent Grocery, Pharmacy & Organic Accounts
- Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities.
- Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients’ needs
- Stay up-to-date with new product launches
About you
- Customer focused with exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to establish and maintain professional relationships.
- Well-developed oral and written communication skills, utilizing diverse methods and approaches tailored to specific audiences.
- Solid administrative, time-management and organisational skills
- Exhibits professionalism and integrity, honesty and self-discipline and ability to work autonomously.
- Pro-active nature and genuine commitment to the Health & Wellbeing landscape, with a can-do attitude
- Multi-channel sales experience
- Deep understanding of the sales process
- Strengths in interpersonal communications, negotiation, and conflict resolution
- Existing relationships/strong networks across either Independent Supermarket groups, Pharmacies, Independent H/Food stores will be an advantage
- Self-starter
- Solid experience in FMCG; advantage - Health & or Independent Grocery & Pharmacy sector
Experience & Qualifications:
Essential:
- Qualification in a Sales/Business (or similar) related discipline
- Territory Management experience within FMCG
Preferred:
- Business or Sales tertiary accreditation or equivalent
