About the job: Our Territory Sales Manager, is responsible for achieving sales targets, grow market share with distributor/channel partners, create and service grower demand for Syngenta products by selling ‘value adding’ crop solutions and delivering outstanding customer service. The ability to understand the crop protection market; to recognise and advise on market potential; superior ability in selling and negotiating are all essential and representing the company at all industry levels.
Essential Knowledge & Experience: Having the drive and energy and an equal commitment to progressing their career, working in an agricultural region to be based in the North Queensland area with a focus on horticulture.
The successful applicant will ideally have strong Sales and Key Account Management skills with the ability to implement sales and marketing strategies with our customers. Our Territory Sales Manager will benefit from having a good working knowledge of crop production across horticultural crops, and will need to operate independently whilst also being an integral part of a team. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, and a determination to succeed, are also required.
