Territory Sales Manager | Heavy Equipment | Sydney 

  • New & Existing Accounts 
  • Construction, Mining & Agriculture Heavy Machinery
  • Work from home and on the road visiting clients

The Role 
   
  • Manage and grow portfolio of existing accounts while constantly seeking opportunities for new business 50/50
  • Build on existing client relationships and gain deep understanding of your client needs and upcoming projects etc 
  • Generate pipeline of leads through prospecting & research as well as through warm leads 
  • This is a visible role with lots of client interaction, strong presentation skills and ability to communicate and influence decision makers is a must 
  • Spend a high portion of your time on the road visiting clients throughout your Territory 
  • Work strategically with your clients; help them solve problems and take advantage of opportunities
  • Use strong listening skills and consultative selling approach to undercover pain points and solve business problems 
  • Create meaningful client relationships built on an in-depth understanding of their needs and challenges
  • Maximise opportunities to add value by upselling solutions 
   
About You
   
  • Relevant sales experience within a B2B sales environment ideally selling Equipment & Machinery within minging, construction, agriculture, transportation 
  • Ability sell service and not just a product 
  • You pride yourself on your high level of customer service 
  • You are happy to spend a lot of time on the road visiting client with occasional interstate travel 
  • Enthusiasm for growing your career in a business that is going places! 
  • Passion for Solutions based sales approach
  • Previous demonstration of sales success and achieving targets
  • A proactive, professional and self-driven attitude
  • A valid Driver's License
