About the Team / Role:
The Test Analyst candidate will need to be all-rounder; able to adapt to a fast-paced, lean and agile working environment. To run and execute the technical activities required for FinTech and Payments to successfully operate their delivery function.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct, both effectively and efficiently, required testing for key project and program
delivery; ensuring all defects are recorded and managed to resolution.
- Assist in the development, implementation, maintenance, automation and process/documentation for the Coles Payments Platforms test environments and testing tools.
- Assist with education of Payments BAU and project resources in the use of and methodologies adopted for testing.
- Create test execution and acceptance plans.
- Assist with the creation of test summary reports and reports in line with defect management practices.
- Ensure all works completed are in line with strategy and align to the values of Coles Group.
You will have:
- Relevant tertiary qualification and business experience.
- A strong theoretical and practical knowledge of key manual test and automation tools.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Have a good working knowledge of JIRA and QC (other) test management applications/practices.
- Exceptional customer service.
- Ability to apply problem solving skills.
- Excellent analytical skills.
- Strong discipline and passion for testing and change management.
- Proven experience as a Test Analyst with payments and in particular the ACI, Postillion or FIS suite of applications will be greatly favoured, but not essential.
- Understanding of PCI DSS would also be highly regarded.
