About The Role
We are seeking a Test Automation Manager to oversee the transition of software updates and new releases from development to production, guaranteeing timely delivery, optimal quality, and minimal disruption. A part of this role involves leveraging Test Automation to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of testing processes.
- Develop and deliver high-quality test strategy aligned with business and technical requirements for the implementation of a new service delivery system
- Manage software defects from identification to resolution in partnership with 3rd party vendors, technical teams, and project team
- Manage the testing phases for the new service delivery system implementation, and report testing progress to key stakeholders
- Identify opportunities for automation, including delivery of a Test Automation tool to support regression testing, new development, and other testing needs
About You
- Relevant IT Qualifications & 5+ years in a technical IT role
- Demonstrable administration and documentation skills
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- Experience managing software defects from identification to resolution in partnership with 3rd party vendors, technical teams, and project team
- Experience coordinating testing phases for a new system implementation and identifying opportunities for automation
- Strong understanding of software release lifecycle
