In this role you will

• Spearhead testing initiatives for seamless implementation of requirements and acceptance testing, ensuring alignment with dynamic business expectations.
• Conduct thorough Test Assurance Oversight and Reviews, meticulously examining vendor-owned testing artifacts and activities.
• Drive the development of cutting-edge technologies to streamline assurance and testing activities, incorporating standard tools, automation, performance, security, and other non-functional testing elements.
• Thoughtfully select testing strategies and methodologies while skilfully managing budgets to ensure optimal cost-effectiveness.
• Craft bespoke Test Plans, Test Completion Reports, and daily insights, providing a personalized touch to Test Management deliverables.
• Take a hands-on approach to Test Assurance, Preparation, and Execution, including UAT and other critical test phases.
• Offer specialized expertise in testing strategy, tools, and processes, championing best practices for a seamless testing delivery.
• Develop schedules, plans and procedures for testing based on system needs/ progress with support from engineering and specialists as needed.

About you

• Proven leadership in steering testing initiatives for seamless implementation of requirements and acceptance testing, adapting to the dynamic landscape of business expectations.
• Demonstrated expertise in conducting meticulous Test Assurance Oversight and Reviews, ensuring a deep dive into vendor-owned testing artifacts and activities.
• Experience as a Test Lead /Manager with Software and Engineering skills.
• Track record of crafting tailored Test Strategy/Plan, Test Completion Reports, and daily insights, adding a personalized touch to Test Management deliverables.
• Experience In selecting testing strategies and methodologies, coupled with a keen eye for effective budget management to ensure optimal cost-effectiveness.
• Experience in processes for the delivery of testing and commissioning in accordance with standards, industry Best Practice and contractual requirements including impact review of new or revised standards.
• Hands-on experience in Test Assurance, Test Preparation, and Execution, encompassing UAT and other critical test phases.
• Good to have prior experience in to work with Project engineers on Construction /Roads/Motorways projects demonstrating knowledge in Hardware (Device) testing methodologies, tools and techniques.
