Attribute Group is pleased to partner with this market leader in the insurance industry as they seek a Test Practice Manager to influence the strategic direction of the practice itself to compliment the growth of the organisation.

The role:You will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software solutions, particularly those built on Guidewire and Duck Creek platforms. You will lead a team of test engineers and analysts, establishing best practices, implementing testing strategies, and overseeing the end-to-end testing process to ensure the delivery of high-quality products to our clients.
Key responsibilities:- Test Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive test strategies for projects involving Guidewire and Duck Creek platforms, ensuring alignment with project objectives and business requirements.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of test engineers and analysts, providing guidance, coaching, and support to foster their professional growth and development.
- Test Planning and Execution: Collaborate with project stakeholders to define test plans, test cases, and test scenarios, ensuring adequate test coverage and adherence to quality standards.
- Continuous Improvement: Continuously evaluate and enhance testing methodologies, tools, and processes to optimize efficiency, quality, and reliability of software products.
- Stakeholder Communication: Communicate test progress, findings, and recommendations to project stakeholders, including senior management, ensuring transparency and alignment with project objectives.
Key experience:
- At least 5 years proven experience in as a Test Practice Manager,
- Experience with Guidewire and Duck Creek platforms ideally
- Strong understanding of insurance domain ideally, including policy administration, claims management, and billing processes.
- Hands on experience working with test automation tools and practices
- Experience leading and managing teams of test engineers and analysts in an Agile development environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail and quality.
