Job description

The Links Shell Cove is a unique and picturesque tavern, golf course and related offerings that are known for its friendly, inviting atmosphere and provides an enjoyable experience for families and golfers of all skill levels. The facility includes a range of high-quality golfing facilities and services, including a picturesque 18-hole golf course, a mini golf course, a fully licenced tavern and a newly established cafe/bar.

Reporting to the Executive Manager, Commercial Enterprises, this role will be responsible for overseeing the strategic planning, operations, financial objectives, and regulatory compliance requirements of our multi-faceted venue.

This exciting opportunity is a key leadership role within Council and will work to develop and implement necessary strategies to drive growth and efficiency for the venue.

The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker, have demonstrated team leadership experience, and have a passion for delivering exceptional quality experiences to members and guests.

  • Permanent full time, 38 hours per week, may include weekends and evenings
  • Commencing salary range from $111,336.68 - $122,924.36 per annum (dependent on qualifications and experience)
  • 11% superannuation
  • Fully Maintained Leaseback Vehicle

  • Access to local government benefits such as LSL after five years, three weeks sick leave per annum, Fitness Passport, Provident Fund activities etc.
